1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Echoes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Echoes is a voice preservation platform. You may upload voice recordings, and we will generate a digital voice model that allows you to create new spoken messages from text. Echoes is intended as a personal keepsake and memorial tool.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Echoes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments

Echoes is offered for a one-time fee. Once payment is complete, you may create an unlimited number of voice profiles and messages. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment card information.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all voice recordings, messages, and other content you upload or create through Echoes. You grant Echoes a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You may not upload content that violates the rights of others, is unlawful, or is abusive. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Echoes to:

  • Impersonate others or create deceptive content without consent
  • Upload recordings of individuals without their permission
  • Harass, threaten, or defame any person
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Echoes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that voice outputs will be identical to the original recording.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Echoes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page. Continued use of Echoes after changes constitutes acceptance.
